In order to provide the best service possible, we have implemented certain terms of service that apply to all of our clients. 

 

I. Services


Golden Vale Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design, search engine optimisation, social media management, videography, and online advertising. We will work with you to determine which services best fit your needs.

II. Payment


Our fees for services will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project. The fee agreed between Golden Vale Marketing and the client will be paid in full prior to commencing work. Payments can be made via Stripe, wire transfer, or credit card. Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.

III. Intellectual Property


All materials developed by Golden  Vale Marketing are the property of our agency and cannot be reproduced or distributed without our permission. All intellectual property we create, including website designs, logos, and branding materials, will be transferred to the client upon payment in full.

IV. Confidentiality


Our agency will not disclose any confidential information without the client's written consent. This includes any information related to the client's business practices, strategies, and finances.

V. Termination


Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement before the completion of the project, the client will be responsible for any fees associated with the work completed. If Golden Vale Marketing terminates the agreement, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees.
